1) “The Bachelor” finale, 8-11 p.m., ABC. It’s time for Grant Ellis, 30, to make his decision. Ellis, a day trader, has gone from 25 women to two – Litia Garr (shown here with Ellis), 31, a venture capitalist; and Juliana Pasquarosa, 28, who’s in client services. Now they’re in the Dominican Republic, where he briefly played pro basketball; his parents visit and he makes his choice.
2) “NCIS: Origins,” 10 p.m., CBS. It’s been a long wait for this well-made prequel; this is the first new episode in six weeks: An investment broker has been killed, shortly after her release from prison. Also, Mary Jo, the field support officer, receives a jolt in her personal life.
3) “The Voice,” 8-10 p.m., NBC. This is the show’s last week of getting all the music fans; next; next week, “American Idol” adds Mondays. For now, we get the third and final battle round; the knockouts are next.
4) “Rescue HI-Surf,” 9 p.m., Fox. You don’t have to be in the water to have trouble here. One emergency comes at a skateboard park, another inside a van. It’s a fairly good episode that also has a water rescue and several personal crises … or hints of them, from people who rarely say a lot.
5) ALSO: At 8 p.m., CW’s “All American” finds Amina having trouble with her fake relationship with KJ – especially when he brings Tori to her party. At 9, CBS’ “NCIS” is back after a two-week break: Special Agent Sawyer returns, now with links to a Navy lieutenant’s death.
