Best-bets for March 14: some cops, lots of fantasy

2) “The Electric State,” Netflix. After confronting strange things on “Stranger Things,” Millie Bobby Brown has a fresh adventure. Joined by Chris Pratt and others, she enters the land of the exiled robots. That arrives a day after “The Wheel of Time” started its second season on Amazon Prime.

3) More movies. It’s a big night for fantasy fans. In addition to “Electric State,” there are the “Black Panther” movies (5 and 8 p.m. FX) and the original “Ghostbusters” (8 p.m., HBO). If you prefer comedy, try “Blazing Saddles” and “Caddyshack” (7 and 9 p.m., IFC) and “Dr. Strangelove” (9:45 p.m. ET, Turner Classic Movies).

4) “Happy’s Place,” 8 p.m., NBC. After being praised for his progress with OCD, Steve makes a shaky decision: He’s ready to quit therapy. That’s followed by a “St. Denis Medical” rerun that brings some great sight gags, as feuding prisoners arrive at the hospital.

5) Basketball. We’re heading into the big days for conference tournaments, with 10 title games Saturday and five Sunday. .Setting that up are games all day today, including key semi-finals: Big East, 6:30 and 9 p.m. ET, Fox; ACC, 7 and 9:30,ESPN; and Big 12, 7 and 9:30, ESPN2.
