1) “Saturday Night Live,” 11:29 p.m., NBC. For Lady Gaga (shown here), appearances on “SNL have been rare, but spectacular. She’s been the music guest four times in the past 15 years (not counting Peacock’s “SNL” mega-concert), often with visually ambitious numbers. Only once, however, did she double as host; now comes her second time doing both.
2) “I Am Raquel Welch,” 8-10 p.m., CW. Welch drove to Hollywood with two children, steep desire and stunning beauty. She found roles quickly, then evolved into an action hero and a serious actress. It’s a great story to tell once; this earnest but repetitive documentary tells it over and over.
3) “FBI: Most Wanted,” 8 p.m., CBS. The team hunts for a teen who has a link to a classmate’s suicide. Also, Ray’s wife feels that he and his dad (a retired FBI man) are putting too much pressure on Caleb, Ray’s step-son.
4) “I Was Octomom,” 8-10 p.m., Lifetime. Natalie Suleman became the first person to give birth to octuplets, making her a single mom with 14 children. That threw a spotlight on in vitro fertilization; her doctor lost his medical license and she became the center of controversy. Here’s her story.
5) ALSO: There’s basketball at 8 p.m. ET on Fox (USC-UCLA) and 8:30 on ABC (Lakers-Celtics). And at the same time that the Welch film airs, you can see her brief, comic role in “Legally Blonde” (2001) on TBS or in a big cowboy action role in “Hannah Caulder” (1971) on the Grit digital channel.
