1) “Wild Cards,” 8 p.m., CW. We’re far from the glittery settings where Max (shown here) works her best scams. This is a ranch, engulfed family feuds. It’s a so-so story, but does allow for some horseback scenes.
2) “Inside the NFL,” 9 p.m., CW. It’s the season-finale, with a chance to analyze the Super Bowl. Next week, the spot goes to “Good Cop/Bad Cop,” a clever show that fits neatly alongside “Wild Cards.”
3) “The Masked Singer” opener, 8 p.m., Fox. In its post-Super Bowl phase, Fox loads up on games and reality. Tonight, masked singers perform “Mad World,” “La Bamba,” “SexyBack,” “La Bamba” and such. That’s followed by Rob Lowe’s “The Floor,” which opened its season Sunday, after the game.
4) “Abbott Elementary,” 8:30 p.m., ABC. As Janine and Gregory prepare for their first Valentine’s Day as a couple, Ava and the others have a tougher focus: It’s time for the district’s annual budget meeting. That follows “Shifting Gears”: Matt visits his wife’s grave on Valentine’s Day and his daughter gets the spotlight in a video for the dance studio.
5) “Nova,” 9 p.m., PBS. In Egypt’s sacred desert, archaeologists have found tombs that reflect a time of wealth … and a time when women rose to great power. It’s an interesting story, told here with strong visuals, but with accents that are sometimes hard to follow.
