1) “The Voice” finale, 8-11 p.m., NBC. At 8 p.m., we get a quick recap of Monday’s performances. At 9, the hoopla begins. Kelly Clarkson, Michael Buble (shown here in a previous show), Sting, Dan + Shay, Myles Smith, Riley Green and Tears for Fears all perform. So do the show’s two recent winners; then we have a new one.
2) “Lego Masters Holiday Bricktacular” opener, 8-10 p.m., Fox. Over two Tuesdays, celebrities (Sofia Bush, Eric McCormack, Lil Rel Howry and Holly Robinson Peete) will be paired with experts, to make big things out of little plastic bricks. This opener is kind of fun; they make “Home Alone”-type houses and new creatures to pull Santa’s sleigh.
3) Cartoons, 8-10 p.m., ABC. First, we get “Olaf’s Great Adventure” and “Toy Story That Time Forgot.” Both are only moderately amusing, but they have slick visuals with popular movie characters. Then there are the two tales of Santa’s “Prep & Landing” team. More cartoons are coming; NBC reruns “Frosty” Wednesday and “Rudolph” Thursday.
4) “FBI” and “FBI: International,” 8 and 9 p.m., NBC. Both hours deal with the online world. In the first, a probe runs into conspiracy theorists. In the second, an American is in Russia, supervising a misinformation effort.
5) ALSO: AMC has Will Ferrell’s “Elf” (2003) at 8 p.m., Freeform has Jim Carrey as Scrooge (2009) at 4:30 and The Grinch (2000) at 8:30, plus an animated “Grinch” (2018), And the Paramount Network has Billy Bob Thornton as a foul-mouthed department-store Claus in “Bad Santa” (2003) at 8 and its sequel (2016) at 10:05.
