Best-bets for Nov. 14: a warm Thanksgiving and a big streaming day

1) “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage,” 8 p.m., CBS. As Georgie nears the first Thanksgiving since his dad’s death, he’s determined to get his family together. But his mom is in deep despair, his sister is cynical, his grandma promised to go camping with Dale. (They’re shown here with Mandy and her baby.) 2) “Matlock,” 9 p.m., CBS. Olympia and Julian get a second crack at a case they tried (and lost) when they were still married. In a strong episode, the case stirs emotions for Matty, pushing her husband to suggest quitting.

3) “Say Nothing” debut, Hulu. Here is a classic Irish heroine – a beautiful redhead with indomitable spirit. But this is the time of “The Troubles” in North Ireland, when odds are steep. Her family’s IRA activity has brought prison and injury. In the intense opener, she’s a teen, trying non-violence, There are three hours today, with six more coming weekly.

4) “Cross” debut, Amazon Prime. Alex Cross is an eternal crimesolver, featured in 32 James Patterson novels, three movies and now a series. Aldis Hodge – who’s been great in “Leverage,” “Underground” and “City on a Hill” – becomes the third Cross, after Morgan Freeman and Tyler Perry.

5) “9-1-1,” 8 p.m., ABC. While Athena mentors a newcomer (and starts to doubt herself), her husband Bobby is back on the film set of “Hot Shots.” That’s followed by “Doctor Odyssey” (the captain brings an unexpected guest) and “Grey’s Anatomy” (doctors put emotions aside during a crisis).
