2) “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage,” 8 p.m., CBS. Casey Wilson guests as a fellow waitress who befriends Mandy. Alas, Mandy is settling down and her friend, newly divorced, is looking for fun. That’s followed by a “Ghosts” in which Trevor lands a work-from-home job; that’s fine for a ghost… until attendance is required at a work retreat.

3) “Matlock,” 9 p.m., CBS. The main plot – prisoners’ class-action suit – is iffy, but has some clever moments as Matty nudges a romance and gets a needed thumbprint. It’s followed by a clever “Elsbeth” jewelry-heist tale, with good moments for guest stars Vanessa Williams and Becky Ann Baker.

4) “Crime Scene Kitchen,” 9 p.m., Fox. After eliminating six of the 12 duos, the show is ready for its quarter-finals. That follows a “Hell’s Kitchen” in which the chefs hear a song by the Whiffenspoofs, then face two challenges.

5) “The Films of Powell and Pressburger,” 8-10:30 p.m. ET. These men had opposite roots: Emeric Pressburger, a writer, was a Jewish immigrant from Hungary; Michael Powell, a director, was a British farmer’s son and (briefly) a banker. They meshed to make 19 films, including the ballet tale “The Red Shoes” (1948). It’s at 10:30, followed by three more films.
