Best-bets for Oct. 30: Halloween episodes for all (?) ABC’s comedies

1) “Abbott Elementary,” 9:30 p.m., ABC. In an annual tradition, ABC has Halloween episodes for each of its comedies. That continues this year – but the network only has one comedy. 2) “Nature,” 8 p.m., PBS. This is billed as “Dracula’s Hidden Kingdom,” but that angle is quickly discarded. Instead, we get gorgeous wildlife scenes in Romania, a country that has half of Europe’s brown bears and a replenished stock of beavers and bison. Even storks go there, to give birth and raise their young on Romanian rooftops.

3) “Martha,” Netflix. At 83, Martha Stewart remains a key figure in pop culture. She’s had TV series, hosted an edition of “The Apprentice” and spent five months in prison, after an insider-trading probe. She’s had a busy life that she relates in this documentary.

4) “Sullivan’s Crossing,” 8 p.m., CW. After surviving the storm (and learning they have different goals), Maggie and Cal separately struggle to save her dad’s campgrounds from foreclosure. That’s followed by “Inside the NFL,” which has switched spots (9 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays) with “Joan.”

5) ALSO: The fifth World Series game (if needed) is 8:08 p.m. on Fox, with pre-game at 7. And the first half of ABC’s “Golden Bachelorette” finale is 8-9:30 p.m. (A “Men Tell All” episode is next week, with the rest of the finale on Nov. 13.) And alongside other Halloween-type films is Alfred Hitchcock’s masterful “Psycho,” at 8 p.m. ET on Turner Classic Movies.
