TNT has Will Smith films — the “Men in Black” ones at 2, 4 and 5:45 and “Independence Day” at 8. 5) “English Teacher” debut, 10 and 10:32 p.m., today FX; rerunning at 11:06. This is the new high school world. Evan is gay; his students (and most of the parents) are fine with that. But issues pop up: Kissing his boyfriend? A drag show? This sounds heavy, but writer-star Brian Alvarez keeps it funny, with a great supporting cast.

6) “The Real CSI Miami” season-finale, 9 p.m. Wednesday, CBS. In 1990, a young mom was killed by someone in a clown costume. Almost 30 years later, DNA progress solved the case. That hour (originally set for last week) is the season’s last new episode. At 10, a rerun eyes the murder of heiress/patron Jill Halliburton Su.

7) “The Perfect Couple,” Netflix. Since winning two Emmys for the 2017 “Big Little Lies,” Nicole Kidman has followed with four more mini-series. Here’s her fifth; she and Liev Schreiber celebrate their perfection at their son’s wedding; then, of course, there are secrets and a murder. It’s a six-parter, based on a novel.

8) More streaming. Netflix also has a documentary about the Apollo 13 crisis (Thursday) and Don Johnson as an evil sheriff in “Rebel Ridge” (Friday). Wednesday has season openers of “Slow Horses” on Apple TV+ and “Tell Me Lies” on Hulu – networks that continue the fun “Bad Monkey” and “Only Murders in the Building,” respectively.

9) “WWE SmackDown,” 8-10 p.m. Friday, Fox. For five years, this has been Fox’s Friday show. Even during summers, strikes and Covid, there were new matches. But next week, the WWE moves back to the USA Network, where it used to be. (It’s also been on UPN, CW, Syfy and MyNetwork.) Fox will try Friday football.

10) “Tulsa King,” 8 p.m. Sunday, CBS. Dwight (Sylvester Stallone) and his crew near a showdown with Waltrip and his motorcycle gang. Also, a flashback shows details on why Dwight went to prison, 25 years ago. That wraps the first season; the second begins a week later on Paramount+, where this episode aired 20 months ago.
