2) “Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks,” 8-10 p.m. Thursday, NBC, with highlights repeating 10-11 p.m. A 25-minute firworks show is being planned, with 60,000 shells and songs from Mickey Guyton, Brandy Clark and Amber Mark. Guyton hosts with Zuri Hall, with more music from Lainey Wilson, Luis Fonsi, Tanner Adell and The War and Treaty.

3) “SharkFest” and “Shark Week,” cable. For its 12th season, “Fest” (on the National Geographic Channel and Hulu) started June 30
and runs four weeks. And for its 37th season, “Week” (on Discovery and Max) starts a week later and runs (logically) for a week, Reruns will begin at 6 a.m. July 7; new hours (with John Cena as host) start at 8 p.m

4) “The Wall” season-opener, 10 p.m. today, NBC. After gobbling up most of NBC’s schedule for 16 days, the Olympic trials finally ended Sunday. “American Ninja Warrior” promptly returns at 8 p.m. today (rerunning Sunday);then “Wall” starts its season with a dad-daughter duo. “America’s Got Talent” is Tuesday, rerunning Saturday.

5) “Disco: Soundtrack of a Revolution” finale, 9 p.m. Tuesday, PBS. This starts at a peak: 200 radio stations had switched to disco, which had half the spots on the Billboard charts. Then came “a lot of garbage, cash-grab music,” says singer Ana Matronic, plus anti-disco rage. Also ending is another strong PBS three-parter, “Hope in the Water” (9 p.m. Wednesday).

6) “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F,” Wednesday, Netflix. Forty years ago, Eddie Murphy became Axel Foley, a tough Detroit cop in California. Now, at 63, he has his fourth “BHC” film, this time with Axel helping his daughter. That’s in a movie-filled week, including four Tom Cruise films Tuesday — three “Mission Impoosible” ones on Syfy, “Top Gun” on Paramount.

7) Roger Corman marathon, Wednesday, Turner Classic Movies. Corman, a master of micro-budget movies, died last month at 98. From 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. ET, here are films he directed, including “X: The Man With X-Ray Eyes” (8 p.m.) and the original “Little Shop of Horrors” (12:15 ). There’s more on July 10, then films by his proteges on July 17.

8) “Snowpiercer” marathon, noon to 9:15 p.m. Friday, AMC. A train keeps circling the frozen Earth, carrying the planet’s lone survivors. Inside, we find class-struggles and a murder probe. That story was told well for three seasons on TNT, which then quit doing scripted shows. Now AMC reruns the first season; it starts the fourth and final one July 21..

9) ““Celebrity Family Feud,” 8-11 p.m. Saturday, ABC. One of TV’s best game shows, this has a droll host (Steve Harvey) and a clever concept. Here’s a night of reruns, starting with people from “Drag Me to Dinner,” including Neil Patrick Harris. The second hour has the “Yellowjackets” cast; the third includes Tamron Hall and Stephen A. Smith.

10) “The Conners.” Suddenly, this is everywhere. — 10 reruns on four nights, via two networks. At 8 and 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, ABC has recent ones: Dan catches a thief; Darlene seeks a promotion. CW goes further back – the season-finale wedding from 2022 (8 p.m. Tuesday) and the start of the next season (8:30-10 Tuesday, 8-9 Thursday, 9-10 Sunday).
