2) “The Conners,” 8-10 p.m., CW. There’s been bad news lately about this above-average comedy: Next season (the seventh) will be its last … and won’t arrive until mid-season. But for now, there’s an abundance of reruns – earlier this week on ABC and Saturdays on CW. These are from 2021, with workplace woes: Dan and Ben fight at the hardware store; Darlene feels frustrated as a supervisor.

3) “The Equalizer,” 8 p.m., CBS. This rerun finds trouble everywhere. Mel is finally re-united with her brother … who considers being a whistleblower about corruption in his unit. And Vi finds that her romance with Trish is wobbly, because of the secrets she must keep about her niece, Robyn.

4) “The Weakest Link,” 9 p.m., NBC. In a night of reruns, this one includes a bartender and two doctoral candidates. That’s preceded by “The Wall” (8 p.m.), with an engaged couple, and followed by “Dateline” (10) and “Saturday Night Live” (11:29).

5) ALSO: This was supposed to be a sports night, with hockey on ABC and basketball on TNT – but only if a sixth game is needed in these best-of-seven series. Meanwhile, the top cable movies are James Cameron’s brilliant “Terminator” (1984), at 3:30 and 8 p.m. on BBC America; and the clever “The Big Short” (2015), at 9 on Showtime.
