1) “National Memorial Day Concert,” 8 p.m., PBS, rerunning at 9:30. On the eve of Memorial Day, here’s a passionate blend of music and true stories. The music is from Broadway’s Cynthia Erivo, Ruthie Ann Miles and Patina Miller, plus country’s Gary LeVox (of Rascal Flatts) and Jamey Johnson, with a song about his fellow Marines. Stories are told by Bryan Cranston, BD Wong and more.
2) “Interview With the Vampire,” 9 p.m., AMC, rerunning at 10:15 and 11:30. Did anyone think we were done with Lestat, after Louis (his lover) killed him? Not even close. He keeps popping up in Louis’ mind and his vision; also, tonight, we see how Armand met Lestat, centuries ago. The hour – starting with a bizarre encounter for the interviewer – is filled with potent moments.
3) “Elsbeth,” 9 p.m., CBS. In a clever rerun, Elsbeth suspects that a matchmaker (Retta from “Parks and Recreation”) will go to any means to preserve an illusion. That’s followed by another rerun, with Blair Underwood as a demanding tennis coach.
4) Movies. At 7 p.m., CW has the oft-repeated “The Blind Side” (2009); at 8, NBC has “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” (2018). Also, Turner Classic Movies continues its Memorial Day weekend marathon. That’s led by “”The Dirty Dozen” (1967) at 2:15 p.m. ET, “The Great Escape” at 5 and “The Best Years of Our Lives” at 11. Some documentaries fill the gap from 8-11 p.m.
5) ALSO: Next week, ABC revives its Sunday movie night; today, it simply reruns “America’s Funniest Home Videos,” from 7-11 p.m. On the pay-cable side, HBO concludes two series – “The Sympathizer” at 9 p.m. and the second “Jinx” documentary at 10. Showtime has “The Chi” at 9: Emmett plans to spend time with is dad … but his half-brother demands attention.
