1) “Next Level Chef” finale, 8 p.m., Fox. This started with five professional chefs, five who just did social media and five who cooked at home. Then the pros faded quickly; only one reached the final seven. That’s Zach Laidlaw, 34, who is now in the final three. He faces Christina Miros (shown here with Gordon Ramsay), 35, a home chef, and Gabi Chappel, 29, a social media chef. One of them will win $250,000 and a mentorship.
2) “The Farmer Wants a Wife” finale, 9 p.m., Fox. The four guys are each down to two choices. Ty, 41, is the oldest; he’s with Megan (a teacher) and Melody (a nurse), each 31. The other guys are in their 20s. One prospect (Sydney, 22) is a construction worker. Others have jobs – digital marketing, communications associate, social media coordinator – you might not expect on the farm.
3) “Elsbeth,” 10 p.m., CBS. This show offers terrific guest roles, usually for its villaisn. Now Elizabeth Lail, the beauty from “You” and “Ordinary Joe,” has her turn. She plays someone who survived an attack and an injury, then turned it into big business. As usual, things fall together for Elsbeth, in an easy (too easy?) and fun way.
4) “Young Sheldon,” 8 and 8:30 p.m., CBS. Now that “Ghosts” has ended its season, “Sheldon” can have double episodes for its final two weeks. Tonight, Sheldon’s dad gets a vasectomy and a job offer. (These are, we believe, unrelated.) And Sheldon prepares to go to college in California.
5) “Grey’s Anatomy,” 10 p.m., ABC. Three weeks from the season-finale, this has a tough case bring back painful memories for Simone. Also, Jules and Blue place a big bet on who can finish the procedure log first.
