1) “NCIS” season-finale, 9 p.m., CBS. Probing the innards of a ship (shown here), the team finds three bodies. When Parker and Knight (Gary Cole and Katrina Law) investigate, thay’re trapped inside, as it’s about to be sunk. We’re betting they survive; “NCIS” seems unsinkable. It will be back next season, its 22nd; it will be joined then by a prequel (Mark Harmon narrating Gibbs’ early adventures) and by “NCIS: Sydney.”
2) More finales, CBS. Two other shows weren’t as lucky: “NCIS: Hawaii” has been canceled; the delightful “Bob (Hearts) Abishola” was told before the season started that this will be its final one. Tonight has the finales of “The Neighborhood” (8 p.m.), which will be back and “Bob” and “NCIS: Hawaii” (8:30 and 10 p.m.), which won’t.
3) “The Voice,” 8-10 p.m., NBC. The 12 surviving singers now have their first live show, followed by viewer voting. On Tuesday, we’ll learn which eight are headed to next week’s semi-finals – joined by one more via an instant save.
4) “MasterChef Junior” and “So You Think You Can Dance,” 8 and 9 p.m,, Fox. Both shows are two weeks from their season finales. Tonight, the four young chefs cook alongside Gordon Ramsay, trying to duplicate his dishes; the five dancers face a challenge based on being on tour.
5) “Independent Lens: Space, the Long Goodbye,” 10 p.m., PBS. A mission to Mars and back would take three years. But how would that affect people, physically and emotionally. This involving film sees young astronauts brace for the possibility.
