2) “Law & Order: Organized Crime,” 10 p.m., NBC. Last week’s hour set up a new crisis: Going undercover, Stabler is inside a ring that uses military veterans and honeybees as a cover for drug-smuggling. Now he can’t help Randall find their younger brother Joe, an addict who is on the run.

3) “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” 9 p.m., NBC. Benson has long blamed herself for not recognizing that Maddie Flynn, 15, was being kidnapped. Now, while awaiting the result of the kidnapping trial, she tries to help Maddie and her family. That follows a “Law & Order” in which a prominent chef has been stabbed.

4) “Young Sheldon,” 8 p.m., CBS. Georgie amd Mandy are now happily married, but no one else is happily anything. Sheldon is studying to be the lawyer for his grandmother, whose illegal casino was raided. And the house has a plumbing problem – at a time when it’s overcrowded because of the tornado.

5) “The Zone of Interest” (2023), 8 p.m., HBO. This Oscar-nominated film finds the Auschwitz commandant in a comfortable family home alongside the death camp that he leads. That’s in a strong night that has the brilliant “Social Network” (2010) at 5:55 p.m., the opener of the dark comedy “The Sympathizer” at 8 and, at 10:50, a damning documentary about the Brandy Melville fashion brand.
