1) “NCIS” season-finale rerun, 9 p.m., CBS. For CBS, this is recap week. After the Super Bowl on Sunday, it will start the season for virtually all of its shows. First, this pre-Super week has eight of them rerunning their season-finales. On “NCIS,” Torres (Wilmer Valderrama, shown here) is in jail as a terrorist attack looms.
2) “The Neighborhood,” 8 p.m., CBS. Here’s another season-finale rerun. Openings loom for the school play and for Marty’s business. Meanwhile, Dave struggles with the return of his father (Kevin Pollak), who left 30 years ago. Other reruns, not of season-finales, are “Bob (Hearts) Abishola” (the new sock factory is off to a tough start) and “NCIS: Hawaii,” with a meth lab explosion.
3) “America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League,” 8-10 p.m., NBC. Last week, three acts moved to the finals – Pack Drumline, aerielist Aiden Bryant and singer-pianist Kodi Lee. Now, in the second of three semi-finals, three more will advance. That’s followed at 10 by “The Irrational,” down to its final three episodes for this season.
4) “Bad Romance,” 10 p.m., ABC. Fresh from the good vibes of “The Bachelor”(8-10 p.m.), we get a reminder that things can go wrong. This case started with a high school football player and a cheerleader. When he started to get possessive, she broke up; then things escalated in bizarre ways.
5) “Independent Lens,” 10 p.m., PBS. Sister Una Feeney called herself “the leader of the misfits.” In San Francisco, she focused on youth and had a wisecracking personality. Diagnosed with stage-4 cancer, she continued living with zest. This documentary follows the last eight months before her death at 62,
