1) “Glory” (1989), 5:45 p.m. ET, Turner Classic Movies. Here’s a Memorial Day military marathon, with moments of greatness. That starts strong at 6 a.m. ET with “From Here to Eternity” (1953); it won eight Academy Awards, including best picture. Another highlight is “Glory,” a powerful story of black Civil War soldiers; it won three Oscars, including Denzel Washington (shown here with Morgan Freeman) as best supporting actor. That’s followed by “Men in War” (1957) at 8 p.m., “The Steel Helmet” (1961) at 10 and more.
2) “The Bachelorette,” 8-10 p.m., ABC. Hannah Brown has a health emergency, ABC says; when one of the guys helps, she takes him to a concert by Danish star Lukas Graham. Also, some guys have a photo shoot with animals; others – looking far in advance of their relationship – go to a birthing class.
3) “Celebrity Family Feud,” 10 p.m., ABC. Here’s a rerun of the episode designed for the “Bachelor” crowd: One game pits people from “The Bachelor” against those from “Bachelorette”; the other has NASCAR drivers against Sports Illustrated models.
4) “Harry & Meghan: Becoming Royal,” 8-10:34 p.m., Lifetime. The first “Harry & Meghan” film was fairly good, because of the likable Murray Fraser and Parisa Fitz-Henley in the leads. This sequel, alas, has a new cast; in major roles, only Laura Mitchell (as Kate Middleton) returns. That’s followed by two documentaries, about the couple – the new “Baby Fever” and the rerun “Royal Rebels.”
5) Cartoon marathons, cable. With the kids home from school, they can bounce between channels. Freeform has the “Madagascar” sequel (2008) at 2:05 p.m., “Monsters, Inc.” (2001) at 4:10, “Ratatouille” (2007) at 6:15 and the terrific “Beauty and the Beast” (1991) at 8:55. Disney has “Hotel Transylvania” (2012) at noon and 6:45 p.m.; “The Good Dinosaur” (2015) at 1:35, “Finding Dora” (2016) at 3:15; and “Zootopia” at 4:55 and 8:20.
